Sometimes we need to unlearn the past in the present to move forward into a better future

We have looked at a number of things that may be holding you back from making a dream or passion or perfect job a reality. One new item that I want to share with you is to consider that you may need to “unlearn” some things from your past.  We…

Just a little bit more of… and then I’ll get started

In pursuing your dream or your calling what could be holding you back?  A good friend of mine who is a trainer/speaker commented that he has a number of people who just keep coming back to the same seminar he teaches.  They keep thinking that one more time through, or…

“Real security means knowing there is no security, because then you will make sure you live every day of your life to the fullest.”

I have been sharing regarding different things that hold us back from allowing  dreams to ferment and become a reality.  Today I want to talk about the illusion of security. Many years ago a close colleague questioned me about selling a successful business I had created.  I was 32, no…

  • About Vince

I have spent the greater part of my 25 years of vocation as a small business entrepreneur. The last 15 years have been spent as well as consultant for the C&MA and most recently as the International Director of a micro-finance charity I founded in Latin America. My experiences include surviving a plane crash in the jungles of Papua to being lost in the rain forest of Ecuador. My work has demanded my travel and involvement in a number of cultures and countries and I would describe my present situation as that of a third-culture-executive.
